Mad Alpine is a certified US Ski & Snowboard member club that attends US Ski races and events. U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association, is the national governing body for Olympic skiing and snowboarding. Founded in 1905, the organization provides leadership and direction for skiers and snowboarders from over 400 member clubs. The mission of the U.S. Ski & Snowboard is to lead, encourage and support athletes in achieving excellence by empowering national teams, clubs, coaches, parents, officials, volunteers and fans.

USSA Region 2 website is a great resource for parents providing general information, tips, rules/regulations, calendar updates and race registration. If you are a USSA ski racer you need to be registered with Region 2.


Some U19+ Mad Alpine athletes complete in FIS races locally, nationally, and internationally. FIS calendars, results, point profiles, rankings, and much more can be found here. Every Mad Alpine racer that competes in FIS races is required to have a FIS license.
